Versatile Applications

Prorad radiators shine in two-pipe installations. For optimal performance in single-pipe applications, use diversion tees in the pipework. These versatile radiators are compatible with micro bore pipework, although the back tappings make them unsuitable for twin entry valves.

Your new radiator comes with everything needed for a hassle-free setup. Robust brackets feature open tops and deep slots, ensuring an easy and secure installation. Plastic inserts position the radiator precisely, minimising noise from expansion and contraction. The included neat nickel-plated plug and vent create watertight joints, enhancing the overall finish. For best results, install at a minimum height of 150mm from the floor, allowing for optimal airflow.

Premium Paint Process

Prorad radiators undergo a rigorous multi-stage cleaning process before the paint application. This includes several rinsing stages, featuring iron phosphate and demineralisation rinses. The first coat is an environmentally friendly, water-based primer, while the second coat provides a beautiful Warm White (RAL 9010) finish, followed by a final curing stage. This meticulous process ensures a flawless and durable surface that will stand the test of time.
